I hope you had an awesome summer!  It always goes by too quickly!

With the last few interest rate increases we saw in June/July, things really slowed down Real Estate wise (more on interest rates in a bit!)

Things are often so busy, it's nice to take a bit of a breather once in a while, especially in the warmer months.

The weather didn't always cooperate, but we still managed to get a lot of stuff done with family and friends.

As I'm sure you heard, The Bank of Canada announced earlier this week that, to everyone's relief, rates are staying put - for now.

Inflation seems to be "within range" and the economy is slowing down - exactly what they want.

Now we aren't out of the woods just yet, with a lot of uncertainty to come, but it's good to know for the next 3-6 months, things will stay status quo.

Lots of deals still to be had out there, and with long-term sentiment still positive.  Especially when factoring in population growth and things like developers cancelling construction = more demand than supply.
